Ⅰ.Preparation

1.Material

(1).Non-Asbestos High-Temp.Calcium Silicate Insulation Board.
(2).High-Temp.Bonding Powder（Our factory manufaturing ).
(3).Sodium silicate solution, modulus from 2.8-3.1.

2.Tool

(1).Mini mixing machine. Hang mixing allowed，but should mixing evenly.
(2).Normal plastering tool.

Ⅱ.Construction steps

1.Clean surface of construction part.(Spray the diluted water-proof additive to the surface of calcium silicate board ).
2.Mix high temp.bonding powder with sodium silicate solution according to the ratio of 1:1.8-2.0 ( Facilitate construction shall prevail), then mixing evenly with mixer.
3. Evenly plaster bonding powder on furnace of insulation board, then bonding firmly between each adjoining furnace.

Ⅲ.Pre-Cautions:

1.To ensure bonding quality，bonding powder, sodium silicate solution should be
Unifiedly proported according to desired ratio by someone, and using when proporting well, and interval time should be controlled within 2 hours.
2.When proportin, water-adding forbidden, non water adding in sodium silcate solution.
3.Casting on outter of insulation board, water-proof treatment should made
on surface of it. (water-proof agent we have matched together). Because large porosity of insulation board, strong water absorption.If not make water proof treatment,castable would rapidly lose water, then effecting properties of refractory castable.
